ZERO LOSS TECHNOLOGY for precious metal powder production:
We are aware that each gram of the material in Jewellery manufacturing is at a premium. Therefore, when creating ATO NOBLE, we were aiming at obtaining as good powder flow ratio as possible. We have succeeded, and it has directly influenced the efficiency of precoius metal powder manufacturing in the Jewellery market. We are able to process 100% of the powder to be atomized unlike conventional Gas Atomization system. In conjunction with a dedicated filtration system, we minimize the material loss of the most precious alloys and we facilitate their later recovery for reuse.
Precious metal powders produced using ATO Noble have High sphericity / circularity enabling free flowing, low oxygen level and unchanged chemical composition when compared to powders manufactured using conventional Gas Atomisation in the precious metal powder manufacturing process / Jewellery manufacturing industry.
